Terms of service

Parties

The seller is Majemo Invest AS (org. no. 930 078 439), which operates the online store Habito, and is hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "the seller". The buyer is the individual listed as the purchaser in the order and is hereinafter referred to as "you", "your" or "the customer".

Payment

We offer secure payment options through Vipps, Klarna, and debit/credit cards. The amount will only be charged to your account once the item has been shipped. All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT.

Delivery

We deliver throughout Norway via Helthjem and Posten/Bring, offering fast and flexible shipping options. Normal delivery time is 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS as soon as the order is dispatched.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you receive the item. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Returns

If you wish to return an item (e.g. due to ordering the wrong product or a change of mind), please contact us at kundeservice@habito.no. Please remember to include your order number.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition within 14 days. Once the return has been received and approved, the amount will be refunded within 7 business days.

Complaints

If you receive a product with defects or damage, please contact us as soon as possible. Feel free to include photos and a description by email to kundeservice@habito.no, and we will process the case within 2 business days.

We comply with the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act and offer repair, replacement, or a full refund as applicable.

Dispute Resolution

If we are unable to resolve a dispute through dialogue, you as a consumer have the right to bring the matter to the Norwegian Consumer Council via www.forbrukerradet.no.
